A Perfect Party for Trees in NYC

I’m thrilled to share the New York Premiere of Trusty Sidekick Theater Company’s ‘A Perfect Party for Trees,’ which I'm honored to have written and co-created with a forest-full of incredible creative humans. Premiering Sept 18 at Little Island as part of their Storytelling Festival and Sept 23-25 at Brooklyn Bridge Park as part of their Open Studios Residency!

This show was designed for and with neurodiverse audiences with a focus on the autism community, but welcomes audiences of all kinds.

It’s about a birthday party for the trees. The Beekeeper and The Bear need to make it happen, but they don’t know how. They’ll be helped by the Delivery person of the Forest named Ms. Branch, a badger, a bird, and you, their party guests. It’s an outdoor show for neurodiverse audiences that hikes, sings, digs, and meditates. It’s pretty special and we’re excited.
